Supports employee well-being, guest with onsite wellness services designed to reduce stress, improve mobility, and help your team feel refreshed and re-centered during the workday.

Chair Massage

Fully clothed sessions performed in a professional massage chair, ideal for relieving tension in the neck, shoulders, back and arm. 

Table Stretching

One on One assisted stretching sessions performed on a massage table to support posture, mobility and overall movement quality. Sessions are fully clothed and customized for each individual.

Discounted hourly rate applied for longer bookings. Extended hour discounts apply automatically. Longer bookings allow for more attendees and a lower hourly rate. 

Attendee Paid Events Available

Ideal for conferences, retreats and multi-day events where guest pay per sessions. Guest pay individually for their sessions; no cost to the host. Sessions are fully clothed and scheduled first come first served basis during the event.

Wellness days and multi-hour or multi-day events include complimentary gifts designed to support relaxation, self-care and holistic well-being. These gifts are intended for the host or company event organizer and are not included for individual guest attendees.

Limited Mobile Sessions Available

Mobile Massage is available for limited number of sessions each month, allowing me to dedicate more time to bringing Wellness directly to workplaces and special events. Early booking is recommended.
